Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains, in plain language, what data SwisNest processes and how.

What we collect: your name, email address and (if provided) phone number when you register; the content of your listings (title, description, photos, price, location); and basic usage data (e.g. when a listing is viewed or a contact request is made) needed to operate the service and detect abuse.

Processors: we use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage; infrastructure hosted in the EU/US) and Resend (delivery of emails such as confirmations and notifications) as data processors. They only process data on our behalf.

Concierge listings: in some cases an administrator publishes a listing on behalf of a landlord who hasn't registered yet. When this happens, the contact address on file is notified by email as soon as the listing goes live — satisfying the notice duty — and that person can claim or request removal of the listing at any time via the link sent to them.

Your rights: you can request access to the data we hold about you, or its deletion, at any time — either by deleting your account from the dashboard or by contacting us (see the legal notice for contact details).

Cookies: we use only the technically necessary session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. No third-party marketing or tracking cookies are used.
